Our Returns Policy:
You have 30 days from the date you've received your delivery to return your order for a full refund.
Jewellery returned for refund must be in the same condition as received, unworn and in the original packaging.
*Exempt from refund are bespoke commissions or any jewellery altered to a customer's request.
Exchanges
In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer exchanges.
Instead, you'll get your preferred item fastest, if you simply place a new order and return your unwanted item to us for a full refund.
